WEICONLOCK® AN 302-45 | Pipe and thread seal APPLICATION: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. WEICONLOCK® AN 302-45 is highly viscous, medium-strength and does not require marking. The pipe and thread seal can be dismantled normally and is suitable as vibration protection for coarse threads. Thanks to the dosing tip and the Weicon pen system, the adhesive can be optimally dispensed and reaches hand strength after 15-30 minutes. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Apply WEICONLOCK® ANnularly on the thread. Screw the pipe thread together and tighten until the desired alignment is achieved. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid.
